I wish this were true. How many of us are up to our necks in mortgage and student and ‘cost of living’ debt ? How many of those who are not enslaved by debt are willing to sacrifice their familial security to oppose this febrile corruption ? Most politicians are at Westminster for the easy transactional trickle down wealth and to climb up the class ladder. It is these facts that our global oligarchs overlords like Musk, Murdoch etc… smugly depend upon to assure that there will be no real political pushback or physical uprising in GB, ever. For group memory of immediate and historical UK state crime reasons, only Ireland and its rising communal groundswell of new socialism might offer a possible physically courageous political antidote.

I don't believe that there are many people in the UK taking notice. The deregulation of our industries won't come home to them until it actually happens and then it will be too late. The opposition to this has to come now, by those who understand what's happening and explain it to the ordinary person in a way that they will understand. Politics in the UK is mostly ignored by the working class because they've been told they have no power. YET THEY ARE IN THE MAJORITY! They DO have power and it should be brought home to them that to ignore these machinations that the politicians are doing right now is going on. Right now! My neighbours don't act like they care because they are still treated like they are nothing by the owners, the wheelers and dealers. If we continue in this easy ignorance we will be in the same situation that the U.S. finds itself in. The power plays of trump and Russia to get the American people to submit so that they can control everything will soon come to the UK. I don't even think that the party in power knows what they are entering into because they just want the economy to grow with these investors, who btw don't have UK's best interest at heart. Wake people up. Tell them the truth! Over and over again.
